Required Conditions and Skills
A minimum of 4 years of proven experience working in a busy pharmacy environment is essential and mandatory.
Strong knowledge of parapharmacy products, including cosmetic and wellness ranges.
Fluency and proficiency in the French language (essential for communication with patients and for official documentation).
Exceptional sense of service, dynamism, and a positive, smiling demeanor.
High level of punctuality and commitment.
Ability to work effectively both within a team structure and autonomously.
A genuine motivation to help patients and provide a high standard of quality care.
Roles and Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, following all regulatory guidelines.
Provide professional and personalized advice to customers regarding the use of medicines and various health products.
Actively participate in inventory management, including ordering stock, organizing products, and strictly monitoring expiration dates.
Maintain accurate patient files and ensure rigorous follow-up on all medical prescriptions.
Offer administrative assistance to ensure the pharmacy registers and operational documents are meticulously kept up-to-date.
