Job Description

Kingspan Insulation LLC is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to join their team in Casablanca, Morocco. This is a full-time management role focused on driving sales and market penetration for the Division's products. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle management, from initial client presentation and tender review through to payment collection and reporting. If you possess a strong engineering background and proven expertise in HVAC products, this is an excellent opportunity to manage a crucial market segment.

Required Conditions and Skills

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained in a relevant engineering discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a similar sales management capacity.

Mandatory experience in handling and selling HVAC products (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and finalize complex sales contracts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for formal tender preparation and client presentations.

Preferred candidate must be a resident of Morocco.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans for the Division’s product lines.

Identify, target, and initiate visits and presentations to potential new clients based on market analysis.

Manage a detailed client database, ensuring periodic updates and accuracy.

Review tender documents, specifications, and sales contracts meticulously before submission.

Lead client negotiations prior to drafting Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).

Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up diligently on payments (cheques or L/Cs).

Prepare detailed weekly work reports aligned with the annual Sales Plan for Division Manager review.
