Job Description

MyOutDesk is seeking dedicated and service-driven Healthcare Virtual Professionals to support U.S.-based healthcare organizations remotely from Morocco. This full-time, non-clinical position plays a vital role in enabling healthcare providers to deliver efficient patient care by handling administrative, operational, and customer support functions. Responsibilities range from patient coordination and medical scheduling to insurance verification and record maintenance. This role offers long-term stability, competitive compensation, and professional growth within an expanding global team.

Required Conditions and Skills

At least 2+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry (providers, insurance, care coordination, or billing).

At least 2+ years of experience in call centers, virtual assistant roles, lead generation, or outbound calling.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and various web-based tools.

Strong familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, insurance plans, and privacy standards.

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
