A highly confidential global company is seeking a motivated Cigarette Market Surveyor for a flexible, part-time contractor position in Casablanca, Morocco. This freelance role involves visiting designated retail and wholesale tobacco vendors to collect crucial market data, including brand pricing and display shelf photos. The surveyor will also monitor local industry trends through store owner interviews. With an estimated workload of just 2 to 3 business days per month, this position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible, task-based earning opportunity in market research.

Required Conditions and Skills

ntermediate level of proficiency in English (essential for reporting).

Practical experience in market surveys, retail audits, distribution, or the FMCG sector (experience in tobacco/cigarette companies is a strong plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for accurate data entry and report submission.

Strong organizational skills and strict adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.

Reliable mobility to visit assigned stores within Casablanca.

Roles and Responsibilities

Visit approximately 12 tobacco retail and wholesale stores per month across Casablanca to gather pricing and market intelligence.

Collect and document brand selling prices and capture clear photos of tobacco display shelves.

Conduct brief interviews with store owners and staff to identify market issues and supply trends.

Compile gathered data into assigned report templates (Excel/Google Sheets) and submit within designated deadlines.

Ensure data accuracy and report quality meets company standards, making prompt adjustments if requested.
