ProjectGrowth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative for a Fully-Remote role, with a compensation range of $1,200 to $1,500 per month. This position demands ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to confidently closing deals with decision-makers in the wellness, retail, and real estate sectors. The role operates on EST time and offers a fantastic opportunity to drive significant revenue growth for a growing client.
Required Conditions and Skills
A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for building rapport with business owners and managers.
Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management, tracking leads, and maintaining organized client records.
Preference is given to candidates with previous experience selling in the US market.
Goal-oriented, results-driven, and highly adaptable in the face of sales challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute outbound B2B outreach to generate and qualify high-quality leads for the sales team.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the target sectors (wellness, retail, real estate).
Actively track leads, opportunities, and progress through the sales pipeline using the CRM system.
Negotiate and successfully close deals, ensuring consistent achievement of assigned sales goals
Collaborate effectively with internal sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Monitor and report regularly on critical sales metrics, including conversion rates, outreach targets, and overall revenue contribution.
