Job Description

ProjectGrowth's client, a leader in high-impact learning solutions for healthcare professionals, is hiring a Community Engagement Manager for a Fully-Remote position. This strategic role is central to the company’s B2C acquisition strategy, focusing on driving subscription growth through data-driven, omnichannel campaigns. The manager will serve as the internal audience expert, defining targeting strategies and leading campaign orchestration while working closely with Product and Paid Media teams. This position requires commitment to EST working hours.

Required Conditions and Skills

3–5 years of professional experience in B2C marketing, specifically specializing in audience management and digital strategy.

Proven track record of successfully executing cohesive omnichannel campaigns across paid media, email, lifecycle, and social channels.

Proficiency in key marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Strong analytical capability to translate data insights (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS) into actionable segmentation strategies.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Experience in the education or Ed-Tech sectors is a distinct advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Define, own, and continuously refine B2C personas and audience segments based on acquisition styles and purchase triggers.

Act as the strategic lead for all B2C acquisition campaigns, from initial ideation through to multi-channel execution (Paid, Lifecycle, Social, Web).

Develop and own master campaign briefs to ensure messaging consistency across all customer journey touchpoints.

Establish and manage a comprehensive B2C Audience Performance Dashboard to track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) by segment.

Provide market insights and audience feedback to the Product team to inform content gaps and competitor strategies.

Lead testing initiatives across audiences, markets, and landing-page variants to continuously improve conversion efficiency.
